Australia - Winter 2007/2008
Three amazing weeks, four 10-hour flights, and endless days of preparation. It seems impossible to sum up this trip in a headline. I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced so many new things in such a short period of time. This was a trip about doing new things, going outside my comfort zone. It wasn’t the first time I’ve travelled by myself, but it was the first time I’ve done it without a clear plan for such a long period of time.
On a quick note, thanks to all the people who put up with my months of Australia talk. Thanks to everyone who gave me good advice before and during my trip. And most of all, thanks to all the people who I met along the way who made my trip such an incredible experience.
